1. Shipping:

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Handmade items require more time. If there are any delays, you will be notified.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking number.
  • Delivery times in EU are 3-10 business days, worldwide 7-30 business days.
  • Buyers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes. I do not take responsibility in delays caused by customs.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since all pieces are handmade and all one of a kind:

  • No returns or refunds
    • The items are in perfect condition when shipped.
      Please check the measurements before ordering.

3. Cancelations:

  • Orders can be cancelled withing 24h of purchase.

4.Custom orders:

  • Custom orders require full or half payment upfront.
  • Time of custom manufacture varies from 1-6 weeks depending on complexibility and other orders. Mind that this is a business of one person for everything. Please be patient.
  • No refunds on custom designs once work has started.

5. Lost or delayed packages

  • Pandemonium clothing is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
  • All packages come with a tracking number. If the package gets lost I can help file a claim, but replacement/ refund is not an option.
  • Please make sure your address is correct at check out. Please add your phone number and email address for postal services.

6.Sizing

  • If you need help with measurements, contact me before purchase.

8.Sustainability:

  • All pieces are handmade from scratch.
  • Some materials can be also upcycled, deadstock or reclaimed to reduce waste. Mostly it is used for lining jackets or gift tote bags.
